There are three ways we can work together:

Stock Plans. Leverage our experience,
and build your custom home from one of our existing plans. To adapt a specific
design to your locale and site, modifications may be needed (structural,
mechanical, environmental, building code, and personal preferences).

Modified Plans. Bungalows are about
personality— your personality. Most our clients purchase stock plans as a
starting point, then add their own touches. The cost of modifying a base plan is
generally at least the same as (and in addition to) the base plan.

Custom Plans. If your home site
or imagination is beyond the scope of our base plans, then we’re ready
to help design your dream.
